According to its Founder and Chief Executive, John McGrath, "Our aim is to project the company as multi-faceted, modern and innovative. A total solution company that will provide 6-star service to our Clients."

With the 'customer-centric' philosophy in mind the site was redesigned to make the searching for properties as user friendly as possible. The McGrath brand was poorly represented in the old version of the site, one of the main goals of the redesign was to strengthen the brand by introducing the emotive qualities of the brand, through the use of imagery and tone.


Email Newsletter
The touchpoints of the McGrath brand are wide and varied, in all the designs created for McGrath brand consistency was one of the most important factors considered. The Email newsletter is yet another touchpoint which McGrath uses to connect with its customers, both through its design and content it adds value to customers by providing useful information in a user friendly and appealing format.

MPlus Intranet
The MPlus intranet was designed to streamline the internal processes of McGrath employees. I designed the visual look and feel of the interface to reflect the McGrath brand, a styleguide was also created to ensure brand consistency, when future additions are added to the intranet.
